I continue encountering challenges getting the group all back together, often of the personal kind. Here are my thoughts on rebooting out undertaking. One initial thought is to review our original "situational framework" of critical uncertainties, predetermined elements, and driving forces. I believe they are still valid and could benefit from our observations of what has occurred in the last two years. The other reboot action would be to review the Transportation Research Board's 750 Report that included Energy. There may be some thoughts and inspirations for our work.
